The Oto app runs on most modern phones and tablets. There isn't a separate desktop or web version — the app is the only way to use Oto. Here's what to check when a patient asks whether their device will work.
What works
iPhone and iPad — App Store. Needs iOS 17 or later (iPhone XS, XR, and newer — from 2018 onwards).
Android phone and Android tablet — Google Play. Needs Android 8 or later (most phones from 2017 onwards).
What doesn't work
Windows PCs and laptops — no Windows version
Web browsers — there isn't a browser-based Oto
