Your billing overview lives in Settings → Billing — it shows your current plan, license usage, invoice history, and billing email. Opening it requires the Manage billing permission.
The Three Plan Types
Pay-as-you-go (legacy)
You're billed monthly for the patient licenses you issued that month, at your agreed license rate. There are no seat limits and nothing up front — the invoice simply reflects the licenses you activated.
Prepaid (legacy)
You purchase a bank of licenses up front, and each patient you enroll uses one. The Billing page shows how many you've used and how many remain. Running low? Contact your account manager to top up.
Subscription
A monthly subscription with unlimited patient licenses and a set number of clinician seats (shown as "Provider Seats" — see Adding Team Members for how seats work).
Revoking and Billing
Revoking a license ends the patient's access. What it means for billing depends on your plan:
Pay-as-you-go — a license revoked before the month's invoice is generated is never billed. Once it has appeared on an invoice, revoking doesn't trigger an automatic credit.
Prepaid — revoking doesn't automatically return the license to your bank. If a license was issued to the wrong patient, or the patient never activated it, message us through the chat bubble and we'll put it right.
License renewals are billed the same way as new licenses — see License Expiry and Renewals.
Invoices and Billing Email
Invoice history is listed on the Billing page, and invoices are sent to your organisation's billing email — you can update that address on the same page. If a specific charge doesn't look right, message us through the chat bubble and we'll go through it with you.
