Bronze is the first Oto Rewards tier. Your organization reaches it by completing all six steps below. Progress is checked automatically, so there's nothing to submit, and once you reach Bronze you keep it permanently.
1. Enroll your first patient
Issue a license to a real patient. Demo and test accounts don't count.
2. Complete your practice profile
Go to Settings → Practice profile and answer four quick questions.
3. Certify every clinician
Every team member marked as a clinician needs to pass the Oto Provider Course in Learn. Your organization needs at least one clinician for this step to count.
4. Sign the agreements
Go to Settings → Agreements and sign the Service Agreement and the Business Associate Agreement.
5. Add a bio for every clinician
Each clinician can add their own bio in Settings → My profile. Owners can also edit teammates' bios in Settings → Team.
6. Add a location
Go to Settings → Locations and add your clinic's location. Keep Show in directory switched on.
What you get at Bronze
Provider directory listing. Your clinic appears in the Oto provider directory on joinoto.com. Patients can request a call back, which arrives in Leads. This switches on automatically.
Website audit. We review your website's tinnitus page and send practical feedback on search visibility and turning visitors into appointments. Use the Claim button in the Rewards tab to request it.
