The Silver review call is one of the three steps to reach Silver in Oto Rewards, alongside enrolling 10 patients and completing the Organisation Roadmap.
What the call covers
It's a 30-minute call with us to review how you've implemented Oto, including your key Organisation Roadmap documents.
What to have ready
Have your key Organisation Roadmap documents to hand so we can go through them together.
When you can book
Book the call with the Book a call button in the Rewards tab. The button becomes available once your organization has:
Enrolled 10 patients (all-time, real patients only; demo and test accounts don't count)
Completed the Organisation Roadmap (all required steps, in Learn)
How it's ticked off
There's nothing to submit. We mark the step complete after the call.

Silver builds on Bronze. Once your organization has Bronze and all three Silver steps are done, you reach Silver and boosted directory placement switches on automatically: your clinic appears ahead of nearby providers in directory results, with a Silver badge.
