Some Oto Rewards switch on by themselves. Others need us to do something, so you claim them from the Rewards tab.

How to claim
Open the Rewards tab and click Claim on the reward.
One click sends the request. The reward then shows Requested with the date.
We follow up by email.
Who can claim
Only team members who can manage the organization can claim rewards. Everyone else sees Ask your manager instead of the Claim button. If that's you, ask someone who manages your organization to claim it.
Framed certificate
When you claim the framed certificate, you'll be asked for a postal address. We print and frame the certificate and post it to that address.
Clinical case study
We analyze your clinic's Oto program data (enrollment, engagement and TFI scores over time) into a detailed statistical report. It's a factual review, not a marketing piece. You can use it internally, share it with colleagues, or use it as the basis for a publication.
