The Oto provider directory on joinoto.com helps patients find a clinic near them. Patients can request a call back from your listing, and those requests arrive in Leads.
When clinics appear
New clinics appear in the directory once they reach Bronze in Oto Rewards. The listing switches on automatically, so there's nothing to claim.
Clinics that were listed before Rewards launched stay listed. We encourage them to complete Bronze to secure their listing.
If your clinic is missing
Check your Bronze progress. Open the Rewards tab to see which steps are still to do. Click any step for an explanation and a button that takes you to where you do it.
Check your location. Go to Settings → Locations, make sure your clinic's location is added, and keep Show in directory switched on.
Getting a better position
When your organization reaches Silver, you get boosted directory placement: your clinic appears ahead of nearby providers in directory results, with a Silver badge. This switches on automatically.

Once your clinic reaches Bronze, it keeps the tier permanently.
